I was doing fine until the avatar didn't export as expected. I will try to view this problem as a challenge...tomorrow. This sure does take up a lot of time!
It did export but there is an issue with the code. Everyone's avatars are "hiding." go back to the site and make your avatar a picture..save it as a jpg file to your desktop then go to your blog and use the picture gadget to add it to your blog...instead of the html code!
